Police in Nyeri County are looking for a woman suspected to have murdered her lover in cold blood.
The woman reportedly then fled the scene after the inhuman act.
The woman is said to have been the girlfriend of the middle aged man whose boy was found hanging inside his house on Sunday evening.
Witnesses say that the murder could have been as a result of domestic violence, Citizen Tv reports.
The man, a businessman in Kiganjo area, was disabled with neighbors saying he could not have been able to defend himself.
Police have launched a manhunt for the woman.
Cases of domestic violence facing men have been reported in the past especially in the county.
After the incidences, Kenyans took to social media, making fun of the situation that has seen women from Nyeri perceived as hot tempered women.
The organisation, Maendeleo ya Wanaume has in the past come to the rescue of several men, allegedly beaten by their wives.
