Ford Africa held its annual Beginning of the Year Conference (BOY) in South Africa, focusing on governance strategies and honouring excellence within the distributor network.
The conference addressed key business challenges, emphasising strategic clarity and alignment with organisational goals.
Various distributors were also awarded including MaterAuto in Madagascar which was named as the Distributor of the Year. This was a recognition of their remarkable customer service and commitment to innovation.
Also named as the 2023 Runner up was CMC Automobiles in Tanzania. Inter Auto in Mozambique received the award for the best after-sales performance
