Five men masquerading as police officers lured a middle-aged man out of a bar and bangled him in their vehicle in a kidnap attempt in Kitengela, Kajiado County.

The victim, Charles Semo, raised an alarm after he screamed, grabbing the attention of residents who were going about their business.

The kidnappers tried to speed off using Isinya road but were sandwiched by boda boda riders who got wind of the matter and acted with speed.
