Machakos County Announces Permanent & Pensionable Jobs; How to Apply

Kenyans now have a chance to secure permanent and pensionable jobs after the Machakos County government announced 92 vacancies.

In an advertisement listed on the county's website, the 92 open slots cut across various departments ranging from the Office of the Governor, County Public Service Board, and County Law Office, Office of the County Secretary among others.

In the Office of the Governor, applications were invited for the positions of Deputy Chief of Staff, Director – Youth Talents and Sports, Director of Administration, and Chief Accountant among others.

In the County Public Service Board, applications have also been invited to fill the positions of Director of Human Resource Management, Senior Legal Officer, and Supply Chain Management Officer. 

Potential candidates were also invited to fill vacancies in the offices of Chief Officer – Health Facilities and Infrastructure development, Chief Officer – Digital Economy, and Chief Officer – Information, Communication, and Technology Infrastructure.

How to Apply

Interested candidates are advised to create accounts on the county’s website or portal at www(dot)Machakos(dot)go(dot)ke.

Once on the website, one is required to click on the jobs option and access the official application form, download and fill it out.

Applicants are then required to deliver the filled-in application forms accompanied by copies of their academic certificates, professional certificates, National Identity cards, and integrity clearance documents.

The application must reach the secretary/CEO of the County Public Service Board on, or before Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to produce certified and original copies of the documents sent during the application process.
