A Nairobi MCA is being sued by Westlands MP Timothy Wanyonyi for insulting him in a text message.
Wanyonyi claims that a week ago, Mountain View ward representative Beatrice Kwamboka sent him an abusive text touching on his disability.
Wanyonyi reported the incident to Spring Valley police station and forwarded the SMS allegedly sent to his personal assistant and constituency manager.
The text in part read ' “Tell your so called MP ameanzisha vita. He must be ready to feel the wrath. That list is null and void if Kisiis don’t matter. And who is he to be a chairman? I will take that seat by the voice of the people. This time atatembea na miguu (This time he will walk on his feet),”
He says the MCA wants him to vacate his position as ODM Westlands branch acting chairman, so she can take the position herself.
Kwamboka has denied sending any abusive text to the MP.
