Kenyans React After Raila Dines, Laughs with Jubilee Heads

Photos of CORD leader Raila Odinga and his co-principal Moses Wetangula dining at State House in the company of Jubilee leaders has caught the attention of many on social media.

In the picture, Odinga is seen laughing heartily with Majority leader Aden Duale while Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery holds the Opposition chief's arm.

From the image, the three seem engrossed in an interesting conversation which drove them into laughter.

The incident was interpreted as a show of how politicians remain united despite their political differences, even as countrymen turn against one another over political affiliations.

This comes even after CS Nkaissery threatened to arrest Odinga and his Opposition counterparts should they hold parallel Madaraka Day celebrations at Uhuru Park on Wednesday.

Here are the reactions:

I told you we the politicians dine together. Why are you fighting each other? @RailaOdinga @GenNkaisserry pic.twitter.com/XjRizivdXR
