Users of Valley Road in Nairobi witnessed a huge traffic snarl up Thursday morning after several vehicles dramatically crashed into one another.
In the mid-morning incident, over five vehicles rammed into one another from the rear, leading to a huge congestion on the busy road adjacent to Uhuru Park,
Police officers had a hard time as they were torn between trying to manage a surging crowd at the scene, and controlling traffic which kept building up.
However, there were no immediate fatalities reported from the accident with only a few injuries being recorded. Police are yet to confirm what led to the multiple crash.
