The families and loved ones of two students in Nakuru County are still reeling from grief after their sons died in a tragic accident.
The two died on the spot on Wednesday morning after they were hit by a lorry near Munanda Trading Centre along the Nakuru-Subukia road.
The two boys, students of Kieni Secondary School in Subukia were on their way to school early in the morning when the accident occurred.
Kabazi Ward MCA Waithaka Mwangi told Citizen Tv that two lorries were speeding when one lost control hitting the boys.
The accident caused a pile up of cars around the area, resulting in traffic jam, as fellow students and residents thronged the accident scene.
Police arrived at the scene of the accident, dispersing the shocked crowds and took the bodies to Nyahururu District Mortuary.
The lorry wreckage was later towed to Kirengero Police Station.
