VIDEO: Dominos Manager Apologises After Insulting Kenyans

The Managing Director of Dominos Pizza at Fortis Tower, Westlands branch, has come out to make an apology after a video of him spewing vulgar words towards his employees went viral on social media.

Eric Andre took full responsibility for the careless remarks he made, stating that he deeply regretted his actions.

"I wish to apologise sincerely for the abusive language that I used towards our staff. It was absolutely not acceptable and I deeply regret it." Andre stated.

The Caucasian MD further stated that, far from what was reported and observed, he was not racist at all and did not mean any harm.

"Whilst the language and tone was verbally abusive, I must stress that there was absolutely no racism involved. I have lived and worked in Kenya for over two years and I do not hold such views." the MD stated.

Andre further said that at the particular occasion, he allowed his passion to take a toll on him and ended up crossing the line.

He concluded by reiterating to his employees and customers that Dominos was dedicated to provide good services to its clients.

In the 2-minute video which Andre says was shot last year, he utters  a total of 18 curse words towards his employees.

He is seen expressing frustration towards the staffers who according to him, have poor customer service.

“You guys have a f***** problem to give good customer service?”

The MD's choice of words was condemned by a section of Kenyans while others supported him stating that the employees ought to deliver in their duty.
