VIDEO: Mutahi Ngunyi 'Predicts' 2032 President in New Theory

Political Analyst, Mutahi Ngunyi has released another hypothesis on the tyranny of numbers, seemingly predicting who will be the President come 2032 General Election.

In an interesting docufiction titled: Case Against Tyranny of Numbers, Ngunyi indicates that Deputy President William Ruto would be the President until 2032 after which he will be succeeded by a member of the Kikuyu Community.

In the analysis, the professor ridicules Opposition leaders Raila Odinga, Moses Wetangula, Kalonzo Musyoka and Martha Karua indicating that come the 2032 poll they will still be battling for the presidency.

He mockingly describes the four in their old age as follows: Odinga-still strong and now a Machester United Fan, Kalonzo-still a Kingmaker, Wetangula-still lawyering and Karua still soldering.

In the theory, the Professor provides the 'ultimate' solution that will see peace prevail after the 2017 General Election.

The Political Scientist highlights that Kenya will only remain peaceful, during and after the next polls, if the Constitution is amended to ensure ethnic inclusion in the Executive.

He recounts the 2007/2008 post election violence which came to a halt after the Prime Minister position held by Mr Odinga was created.

In his Case Against Tyranny of Numbers, Ngunyi notes that: "To create the Prime Minister position we don't need a referendum (Art.255). Parliament should amend Art.130 and 152 of the Constitution. The position should be watered down like in Congo, Tanzania and Uganda".

Ngunyi seemingly ridicules the trend in Kenyan politics that only two communities occupy the top seat, hence calls for a revision of the Constitution to make it all inclusive.

"Let us predict peace in 2017 by inventing it through ethnic inclusion. Like our founding fathers, let us have the courage to CORRECT a playful, Incompetently written and MIS-ENGINEERED Constitution," Ngunyi concludes.
