10 Men Storm ABC Place Mall in Westlands, Nairobi Looking for Jimmy Wanjigi

There was drama at ABC Place in Westlands, Nairobi after 10 men in three tinted four-wheel drive vehicles stormed the premises on Sunday night.

The men are reported to have parked their vehicles near the car of prominent businessman Jimmy Wanjigi who was in the mall at the time.

The Standard reports that when guards on duty asked the men what their mission was, they refused to respond.

“We don’t know what their mission was but the boss said they may have been out to harm or take him away by force,” a guard stated.

According to witnesses, two of the cars drove off, leaving one.

A few minutes later, Wanjigi walked to where the last car was parked with the windows rolled up and in the company of his security demanded to know their mission.

This again prompted the occupants to leave the place without uttering a word.

Wanjigi who has business interests in the mall told the guards that he feared the group may have wanted to harm or abduct him.

The guards stated they would report the matter to police.

Mr Wanjigi is believed to be one of the top financiers of the National Super Alliance (NASA) campaigns.
