Super Metro Announces New Nairobi Routes

Super Metro, on Tuesday, September 27, announced new routes during rush hours in a bid to boost its customer base and stamp its growing dominance in the transport industry. 

Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, a representative of Super Metro noted that the buses would ply from Ngong' town to Kitengela via bypass as opposed to going through the Central Business District - CBD. 

The changes would be effected beginning Tuesday during rush hours; from 6.00 am to 9.30 am and evening from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

The company representative added that they would extend the hours depending on the customers' responses to the new route. 

For motorists plying Mombasa road, the new rollout also targeted Syokimau residents with Mlolongo being the last drop-off point. The buses would ply along Ole Sereni, airport, Syokimau and Mlolongo.

The source affirmed the Sacco's commitment to offering quality service delivery and affirmed that they would be announcing free rides soon as a new fleet will be acquired in the coming weeks.

Over the past weeks, Super Metro has been on a rapid expansion plan across the city expanding its serviceable routes to boost its customer base. 

Recently, the Sacco announced new routes from Ngong to Westlands and Malaa to Westlands.

"During rush hours (6:00 am-8:00 am and 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm) Ngong to Westlands ( to and fro) and Malaa to Westlands (to and fro). Thank you for your continued support," read part of the statement. 

On September 12, Super Metro announced free rides after launching a new fleet of matatus to service the new route of Dagoretti. 

"Free rides alert. Today we have commenced a new Route from Kabiria to Commercial. Our main aim is to serve you better as we add a new fleet.

"Thank you all for your suggestions, comments and ours is to honour your request because you are our boss. Stay safe and be blessed," read part of the statement.
