Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chairman Wafula Chebukati was on Friday night the target of hilarious comments on Twitter when announcing the results of the presidential elections.
The comments started when he announced that he would read the results of the candidates from all the 47 counties despites Kenyans having eagerly waited for the final tally the whole day.
Kenyans were quick to make fun of his pronunciation of some of the candidates while others complained about the time taken to read all the results.
His pronunciation, especially, of former Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo's middle name Shakhalaga also sparked some hilarious comments.
