One of the most popular hang out joints for residents of Rongai, Kajiado County was Sunday evening reduced to ashes.
Crowds gathered at the site, watching helplessly as huge flames engulfed Legend -a club and restaurant situated along Magadi road.
The fire, which started at around 6pm, was eventually put out hours later.
Millions of shillings worth of property had been destroyed by then.
Luckily, there were no casualties in the incident.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the fire could have been caused by an electric fault.
The police have closed off the site, as investigations into the exact cause of the fire continue.
