Four children from the same family were crushed to death on Friday by a lorry that rammed into their house in Migori County.
The deceased were in their house in Mabera area at the time the lorry smashed their house killing them.
The fifth child who was also involved in the accident is in critical condition.
Confirming the incident, Kuria West OCPD Benson Makumbi said the lorry veered off Mtomrabu-Mabera road, ramming into the house killing the four, aged between three and 12, instantly.
The OCPD noted that police are hunting down the driver who fled following the accident.
