Former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Miguna Miguna has claimed that President Uhuru Kenyatta is already rigging even before the election starts.
Dr Miguna in a series ot tweets launched an attack on the President but did not explain how the claimed rigging was occurring.
He also took a swipe at the IEBC for not been restructuring and sending home officials that allegedly bungled the August 8 General Election.
The tweet elicited a lot of reactions with a section of the replies indicating that if he has evidence he should proceed to Court and not social media.
Miguna, however. proceeded with his onslaught on the President and his deputy indicating that if no election occurs within 60 days the Head of State will lose his powers.
In a series of tweets, he accused the current government of planning to turn Kenya into an "authoritarian and despotic state".
He called on Kenyans to resist and defeat the plan to return the country backward adding that " If/when President Kenyatta refuses to leave power on November 1st, we shall have his authority declared unlawful".
