NARC Kenya leader Martha Karua has made a new move in her petition challenging Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru's Gubernatorial win.
During a court hearing of the petition on Thursday, Ms Karua disclosed that she has lined up 14 witnesses to testify.
While presenting her case in front of Kerugoya High Court judge Lucy Gitaru, Karua requested for three weeks for all her witnesses to have sufficient time to testify.
She further asked the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to produce electronic results from the August election.

"Waiguru's voters were increased by 48,000 and electronic information, if availed, will assist the court to make a proper judgment. As a petitioner, I'm entitled to have access to the election information and materials to be able to make my case," she stated.
Opposing the request, IEBC lawyer Jose Kthungu termed Karua's move as improper adding that she had failed to prove why she was entitled to access.
"Karua is out on a fishing expedition because she has no evidence to support the prayers she has sought," Mr. Kthungu explained.
Moreover, Waiguru's lawyer Paul Nyamondi asked the court to deny the NARC Kenya party leader's request.
He further refuted Karua's claims that votes had been irregularly increased in favor of Ms Waiguru.
The case will be heard on November 15.
Last week, Ms Karua received her first win in an application she made after IEBC was ordered to present all the Forms 37A and 37B for the Kirinyaga County.
Delivering the ruling, Judge Gitari told the electoral commission to file all the documents to enable the commencement of the election petition.
