Kenyans were quick to react to the post with most taking time to shame the MP for his post.

One user wrote: "This is stupidity of the highest order..diversity is important..people have different ideologies that must be respected. It's not funny from you. Just have a second thought before sharing your foolishness with the public. This country needs all of us as Kenyans. You are the kind of leaders who are making our president look like a don't care..do you feel pain when you think about something sensible?"

"There will come a time, those Mungikis you call them NBC, will turn a blind eye on you and they will testify against you in the corridors of justice, how you used them for your selfish gain. Let me hope history will judge you harshly for allowing a post like this to be streamed in the social media," read another comment.

One netizen told Kuria: "You’re a madman and you indeed need a mental checkup."

While another wrote: "Moses Kuria, ISIS and Alshabab have one thing in common. they all spread terror"

"Your brain is empty, tell your Mungiki doctor to check your brain first coz this one is too complicated for a normal doctor yani damaged beyond repair. By the way you wanted to know the meaning of puga in your previous post, you are an example.

"Kusema tu ukweli uko na ujinga nyingi (You are just a fool).you are looking for trouble! You are dividing Kenyans the more. Shindwe kabisa (May you be defeated)"

However, there were Kenyans who were of a contrary opinion and credited the Jubilee MP for the initiative.

Earlier on Monday, it was revealed that the Nairobi Business Community had beat the National Super Alliance (NASA) coalition to use Uhuru Park on January 30.

Nairobi Business Community Chairman Wilfred Kamau, confirmed that they had received permission from the county to conduct a free medical camp at Uhuru Park as long as they paid requisite fees in the region of Sh250,000.

According to Kamau, the free medical camp will target street boys who wish to be circumcised and they will not be charged for the minor surgery.
