William Kabogo Accidentally Mourns Quincy Jones Instead of James Ingram

Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo took to his Twitter account on Wednesday to mourn James Ingram’s passing away but mistakenly referred to him as Quincy Jones.

James Ingram, who was an American writer, songwriter and Record producer passed away early morning on January 30, 2019.

Kenyans on Twitter quickly reacted after seeing the post with most people requesting that he apologizes to Quincy Jones for the error.

Kenyans on Twitter further went ahead to insist on the need to be careful when posting matters relating to death as they are sensitive.

“When did he die? He was on Twitter last night mourning James Ingram, or is it a different man?” read one post

Kabogo has since deleted the post from his account following numerous requests by the public, replacing it with the correct details.

Various International celebrities have expressed their condolence messages on various social media sites, describing Ingram as an admirable person.
