Kimilili Jubilee Parliamentary aspirant Didmas Baraza was on Friday admitted to hospital after reportedly being beaten by fellow aspirants and goons.
The politician is believed to have been attacked during the ongoing Jubilee Party nominations that kicked off on Friday morning.
Earlier this month, the politician made headlines after he rejected a direct nomination from the Orange Democratic Movement(ODM) party stating that he was firmly in Jubilee.
"I am solidly in Jubilee. I am surprised that ODM decided to give a non-member direct nomination. When they approached me, I told them that I am in Jubilee. I wonder how they fraudulently registered me?" Baraza stated.
