Miguna Miguna Sends Strange Christmas Message to Uhuru and Raila

Nairobi Gubernatorial aspirant Miguna Miguna has sent a rather unusual Christmas message to President Uhuru Kenyatta and CORD leader Raila Odinga.

The Canadian-based lawyer, who has distinguished himself as a politician with a difference, dedicated a quote by a famous Chinese general, military strategist, and philosopher, Sun Tzu to the two leaders.

"The enemy fears what they cannot see and cannot understand. Merry Christmas," he tweeted.

The Chinese General believed that "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle."

Mr Miguna further offered to give President Kenyatta and the former Prime Minister's team free lectures on how to prevent rigging in the upcoming 2017 election.

The barrister added that he was also willing to provide advice on how to avert civil war.

"To Raila Odinga & Uhuru Kenyatta: I'm ready to give your teams a brief lecture on how to prevent rigging & civil war at a modest flat fee," Miguna stated.

Miguna's strange message comes at a time when Kenyans led by the Head of State have been wishing Kenyans celebratory messages.

Mr Kenyatta told Kenyans: "When we gather to celebrate the day, I ask you to reconcile what remains unreconciled. I ask you to recommit yourselves to the healing and uplifting of this nation. And I ask you to resolve to be your brother's keeper in the New Year."
