Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko Issues Sh200,000 Bounty for Head Of City Criminal

Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko has offered a Sh200,000 bounty for the head of a deadly robber who has been terrorising M-Pesa shop owners in the city.

The man, who is known as Kasee among his peers, has allegedly been involved in several robberies and is said to have killed around 21 of his victims, 8 being women.

This comes after CCTV footage captured two armed men robbing an M-Pesa shop in Uthiru.

It is believed that they made away with Sh100,000.

Sonko offered the bounty through a Facebook post that read: “I am offering a reward of 200,000/= for his head. I am also offering another Sh200,000/= to anybody giving information that will assist the police to trail him and do the needful. If you happen to have any information kindly text details...”

Kasee is also accused of raping his victims in front of their families and he has also shot and injured several Nairobi residents who now have permanent gun shot wounds.

His partner in crime nicknamed "Engineer" was recently gunned down by police in a foiled daylight robbery in Eastleigh.

Sonko had issued another shoot-to-kill order when a video of goons invading a property in Karen went viral but he was quick to apologise after his post drew negative feedback.

This time he has no apology as he said he is ready to face the repercussions.

“I don't care about the repercussions because I believe there's life after politics but these gangsters should not be allowed to continue with their criminal activities,” read the post.
