PHOTOS: Khalwale Enjoys Moment with Wives of Hate Speech Suspects

While hate speech suspects were in the Milimani Law Court cells awaiting the determination on their bail application, Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale was taking pictures in court.

Khalwale posted on Twitter, selfies with the wives of Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama, Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire and Suna East MP Junet Mohamed.

“Now in court with the wives of the accused: Mrs Bosire, Mrs Junet, Mrs Muthama. Aluta continua... ,” a seemingly thrilled Khalwale captioned the photos.

Earlier on Friday, the Kakamega Senator received praises after offering assistance to Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri who almost collapsed in the dock.

Khalwale rushed to help Ngunjiri remove his coat when the proceedings were temporarily halted to allow the Bahati MP get some fresh air outside.

What intrigued many was the fact that Khalwale, who is a CORD member, was very ready to extend an olive branch to a troubled colleague in the rival Jubilee coalition.
