Uhuru Attacked After Launching Fireworks at KICC [PHOTOS]

President Uhuru Kenyatta was on Wednesday scathingly attacked after he presided over the historic lighting of the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) to usher in the Christmas festive season.

A section of Kenyans on social media did not take it kindly that the President was going about business as usual yet there was a Health crisis in the country. Mr Kenyatta was asked to put his priorities right noting that he ought to handle the Doctors' strike which is already in the third week.

Others criticised the Head of State arguing that he was engaging in irrelevant activities yet corruption was rampant in the Jubilee Government

At the launch, President Kenyatta urged: "let us resolve to keep that flame of unity alive in our hearts. Let us rekindle that spirit of unity". This statement seemingly irked some Kenyans who felt that he was preaching water while drinking wine.

However, some supported Kenyatta noting that he has been conducting an excellent job.
