A couple from Matunda, Uasin Gishu County, proved that love knows no age when they wedded in a colorful ceremony.
Hundreds of residents flocked to the local PCEA church to witness the union of 75 year-old Ex-Reverend Stephen Njoroge, and 70-year-old Joyce Wanjiku.
Njoroge, father of six lost his first wife in 2012.
He recently met and fell in love with Wanjiku, who is a mother of four.
Convinced that fate had given them a second chance at being with their soulmates, the two decided to solemnize their union before man and God.
Speaking at the wedding, Wanjiku said that the couple was enough proof that anyone can find love and companionship, regardless of age.
