El-Nino rains have finally descended in most parts of the country and extensive damages have been registered especially in Nairobi County.
Despite the National Government setting aside Sh5 Billion and 70,000 National Youth Service personnel in preparation for El-Nino, effects of the torrential rains including traffic build up due to damaged roads are already being felt by Kenyans.
With the obvious challenges that will be incurred by private and Public Service Vehicles, it is only wise to be ready with ideas on how to counter extreme conditions caused by the rains.
