Opposition Leader Raila Odinga on Sunday issued 7 tough demands he wants the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to address before the fresh election is conducted.
Speaking at a rally in Mama Ngina grounds, Mombasa County, Mr Odinga stated that the electoral commission should relocate its server from France to Kenya.
"We do not want a server, with information about Kenyans, to be located outside the country. The server should be brought to Kenya and not France," Mr Odinga stated.
He also stated that the IEBC must demonstrate that the databases being used are empty before the repeat election.

The former Prime Minister asked the polls agency to re-print all electoral forms and ensure that all Form 34Bs to indicate names of polling stations.
Regarding the transmission of the results, Mr Odinga demanded that there should be no text messaging in the transmission of results.
"We only want scanned copies transmitted to constituencies tallying centers and to the National tallying center," Odinga stated.
On the matter of results declaration, the Opposition Leader stated that they want the Commission to ensure that Returning Officers fill the forms and declare results in the presence of the media, party agents, observers and the public.
He asked the electoral agency to use open balloting when posting Returning Officers to the 290 constituencies to enhance credibility.
Lastly, Mr Odinga re-affirmed his earlier remarks that Dubai based printing firm Al-Ghurair must be fired together with electronic kits supplier OT-Morpho and new companies hired to provide the services.

This was the first rally the former Prime Minister addressed after jetting back from the United Kingdom where he had traveled on Wednesday for a public lecture.
