Education Cabinet Secretary (CS) Amina Mohamed is expected to release the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) 2018 exam results on Friday afternoon.
To access the results, the over 600,000 candidates who sat for the examinations will be required to send a text with their index number to 20076.
According to the Kenya National Examination Council, feedback will be available once the results are officially released.
The results are set to be announced at the KNEC headquarters along Dennis Pritt Road.
Earlier in the day, CS Amina, alongside Magoha and TSC boss Nancy Macharia presented the results to President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House.
There has been anticipation on the exact date the event will take place with reports of the release emerging from as early as Wednesday.
The announcement is not expected to include the ranking of the schools, a practice which was banned in 2014 but was re-enacted into law in 2016.
President Kenyatta signed into law a Bill that re-introduced ranking of schools and candidates but reports indicated the Ministry was yet to formulate a procedure to operationalise this.
The ranking was banned in 2014 after being blamed for the spike in exam cheating due to unhealthy competition among various schools.
The vice saw former Education CS Fred Matiang'i announce the cancellation of thousands of results in addition to a decline in the number of top performers.
In the past three years, the Ministry has hastened the process of marking the examinations with Magoha promising to have the results ready before the Christmas holiday.
