Affordable Cars Up for Auction in Nairobi: Prices from Ksh180,000

A Kenyan company, Onyango and Tarus, on Monday, put 32 vehicles on auction starting from as low as Ksh180,000 for a Subaru Impreza.

In a notice published in a local daily, the company announced that all vehicles listed would be available for viewing to the public and the bidding process will take place until noon on October 29.

The Ksh180,000 Subaru Impreza 2005 model can be viewed at the Jibs Jackyard. Two other vehicles listed with the low price of Ksh200,000 are a Toyota Isis 2010 and a Nissan Pulser 2001 which can be viewed at Legacy Yard and Kefa Autobazaar respectively.

11 other cars on the list can also be acquired with a low price of just below Ksh500,000 including a Honda Crv 2.0 Rd k20 and Toyota Ist G to be viewed at Eazy Trackyard and Matriz Moves (K) Ltd for Ksh466,000.

At Eazy Trackyard, 3 other vehicles ranged between Ksh426,000 to Ksh1,143,000.

A Nissan Note E11 at Auto Gallery Ltd Westlands and Greatwall Wigle Cc 1027 at Blackbird Storage and Auction Yard in Nyali are also available for Ksh313,000.

For those with a more expensive taste, vehicles with over a million dollars including the most expensive vehicle on the list, which is a Toyota Harrie 2016 model going for Ksh2,880,000 is available for viewing at Eazy Ruiru yard.

Other sites where the auctioned vehicles can be viewed include Tumbo Yard in Machakos, Razor Shard Storage Yard, Sunny Yard in Migori, Capital Diamond in Ruiru, and Auto Spin Yard in Nyeri.

Joyland in Eldoret, Jaline Yard in Kakamega, Starstruck Yard in Malindi, Moco Yard in Kisii, Remma Yard and Naivasha Investment Yard have also been listed to contain vehicles listed for the auction.

Interested buyers have been encouraged to visit the jack yards to view the vehicles and purchase them on an ‘as is where is’ basis.

To submit their offers, bidders should visit Eezycar's website and ensure they are sent before October 28.
