The government has announced over 60 job opportunities through various agencies and is urging qualified candidates, including youth, women and those living with disability, to apply urgently.
Among the advertised jobs are those at the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB), Meru University of Science and Technology (MUST), National Housing Corporation (NHC), Teachers Service Commission, Kenya Fisheries Service (KeFS) and Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).
The NHC announced that it was advertising 12 Clerk of Works positions on 6-month contracts.
According to NHC, the clerks would receive a consolidated salary of Ksh60,000 per month.
The NHC has urged interested candidates to submit an application letter, CV, and copies of their academic and professional certificates and testimonials before 21 October via the designated online application form.
In PPB, it readvertised jobs under Health Emergency Preparedness Response and Resilience Project for Eastern and Southern Africa.
The board is advertising qualified individuals to work on full-time contracts for a period of 18 months.
Among the jobs advertised by the board are 22 positions for Regulatory Officers, five Biotechnologists and 10 for Biotechnologist Specialists.
The Board added that it is recruiting one Biomedical Engineer, a Biostatistician, a Monitoring and Evaluation officer, an Internal Auditor and a Risk Assurance Officer and three Software Developers.
The applicants registered with relevant professional bodies in Kenya are to make submissions through the board's online portal before October 20, 2025.
Meru University of Science and Technology(MUST) announced two administrative vacancies, such as Legal Officer 1 and Registrar, Research, Innovation, Commercialization, and Extension (RICE).
Applicants are urged to make applications through the university portal by October 28, 2025.
Additionally, Kenya Fisheries Service(KeFS) invited applicants for the Director General position on a three-year contractual basis.
They are urged to complete the Kenya Fisheries Service Application for Employment Form with relevant documents that will be needed with relevant experiences before November 5, 2025.
New KUCCPS Boss, TSC Directors
In the notice, the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) is looking for a Chief Executive Officer, a position offered on a five-year contract. According to KUCCPS, the contract will be renewed based on performance and at retirement age.
Applicants were also urged to visit the portal and check the job description and complete the application procedures before October 30, 2025.
TSC also urged candidates interested in positions Deputy Director, Corporate Affairs and Assistant Director, Facility Management to visit their official website and make submissions not later than October 20, and to provide accurate information.
