Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has been a topic of discussion on social media after he met Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
The meeting, whose agenda is still unknown, elicited a lot of reactions with many users feeling it was not appropriate since Governor Mutua is contesting against Wiper's Machakos Gubernatorial candidate Wavinya Ndeti.
Most comments on the hashtag raised questions as to why Kalonzo met Mutua with many users alluding to the fact that he might have changed his mind.

The hashtag hit the trends after Jubilee announced that they were targeting 45 Million votes representing all Kenyans in the upcoming elections.

The Opposition National Super Alliance (NASA) created the hashtag #10MVotesFor48MKenyans in reply to the Jubilee hashtag where they were working on attaining 45 Million votes.
The comments on the hashtag informed Jubilee that Kenyans were 48 Million and not 45 as they had indicated.

Tharaka Nithi County has been trending after the government showcased some of the projects it had initiated in the region.
Some of the outline projects include; the Tharaka Nithi Huduma Centre and the Chuka Level V hospital.
The hashtag was also used to show how residents have benefitted from Uwezo fund and the Youth Enterprise Fund.
The city has been trending after a deadly attack that killed 19 people.
The attack was carried out at a concert by US singer Ariana Grande in Manchester, UK, where youth were gathered.
Most comments on the hashtag were messages of condolences and families seeking updates on the whereabouts of their keens.
