Mbita Member of Parliament Millie Odhiambo and Nominated MP Isaac Mwaura had a verbal altercation on Live TV on Thursday morning.
The two together with Former Nyaribari Chache MP Chris Buchage and the Commissioner of the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) Dr Roba Sharamo, were among a panel invited to KTN's Morning Express show to discuss issues pertaining to hate speech and political intolerance in the country.
The discussion, however, took a nasty turn after Mwaura implied that the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) was a violent party cordoning hooliganism and its members engaged in illegal activities.
Millie erupted at the mention of the claims accusing Mwaura of actually being the one who was behind the violence in the ODM party.
“If you want to engage at an individual level I am good at abusing and am ready if you are,” Millie warned.
At that point, Mwaura referred to the recent violent incidences around the Opposition party. He highlighted how Millie's house had been burnt down after winning in the Mbita primaries and also the killing of Lugari MP Ayub Savula's bodyguard by ODM supporters.

Millie fired back at how Mwaura’s misfortunes started when he ditched the Orange Party and lost the primaries in Ruiru.
“You were beaten at the gate. You lost your seat because you disrespected Raila,” Millie lashed out.
The show’s host Michael Gitonga’s pleas to call the legislators to order fell on deaf ears as the two legislators continued with the verbal exchange.
The Mbita MP seized the moment to mock Mwaura over the incident when he had his ear bitten during the Jubilee primaries.
The other panellists, watched in awe as the situation was getting awkward with Millie daring Mwaura to take her on.
She further rubbed salt into the wound by adding that Mwaura lost his seat to a woman.
“In fact, he lost to a woman and came at number six in the race,” Millie declared.
The clearly frustrated Gitonga could no longer control the rogue politicians and asked his director to cut to a commercial break to give the panellists some time to cool down.
