National Super Alliance ( NASA) presidential candidate Raila Odinga has disclosed that all Jubilee rigging channels are officially blocked.
Odinga was speaking at a public rally in Bungoma where he hailed a decision by the Court Appeal declaring that presidential election results announced at the constituency level are final.
He praised the decision, stating that it would ensure that democracy and the will of the people prevail in the coming elections.
According to the NASA leader, Jubilee will not be able to alter the results in their favour as he alleged to have happened in 2013 elections.
"Today we have made a huge step towards sending Jubilee home because the Court of Appeal has affirmed that IEBC should not change results from constituencies.
The trick of Jubilee to rig in the polls will not prevail this time around. They will go home in August,” Odinga stated.

Raila was joined by his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka who is also the Wiper party leader in urging the crowd to send Jubilee home on August, terming them thieves.
“We must all unite to send home Jubilee. They are thieves. You can imagine a government that has stolen money and everything until now they are stealing even food,” said Kalonzo.
The appellate Judges in their ruling noted that modification of election results by IEBC or its chairman Wafula Chebukati at the national tallying centre was inappropriate and contrary to the law.
They added that the section of the law that gives the IEBC or its chairman powers to declare the results at the national tallying centre infringes on transparency and accuracy.
