Jubilee Senator Reveals Plot Used by NASA to Win Supreme Court Petition

Kericho Senator Aaron Cheruiyot has revealed that NASA leaders led by Raila Odinga presented fake papers when filing the election petition which subsequently nullified President Uhuru Kenyatta's win.

Speaking in Kapkatet during Jubilee campaign trail, the Senator pointed out that when NASA leaders knew they had lost the presidential election, they hired some returning officers from various constituencies to print fake papers which were taken to court.

Among the constituencies he mentioned were Kisauni and Nyali in Mombasa County.

He went ahead to state that the fake forms which were presented were the key factors the Supreme Court judges used to make the decision that overturned the presidential results.

He further warned that Jubilee Party would not allow the returning officers to resume their work before they are cleared by the court.

Mr Cheruiyot asked IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati to make sure action is taken against the returning officers noting that Jubilee would not allow the same individuals to run the election.

"Wewe Chebukati kabla ya kusumbuana na Chiloba tafadhali toa (Chebukati, before quarrelling with Chiloba take action against) the same returning officers that you colluded with to steal Jubilee votes," he stated.

The Senator also affirmed to the Jubilee supporters that the party would not be intimidated by either IEBC or NASA.

Meanwhile, Chama Cha Mashinani leader, Isaac Ruto, who was a co-principal in NASA, has confirmed that he will back President Kenyatta in the upcoming elections.

His sentiments were reiterated by Emurua Dikirr MP Johan Ng'eno who was supporting Mr Odinga in the August election.
