ODM Leaders Vow to Kick Out IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba On Monday

Six  ODM Party legislators drawn from Siaya County on Thursday noted that they will kick IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba out of office on Monday if he does not resign on his own will.

Speaking in Rarieda during their first campaign trail, the MPs led by Alego Usonga lawmaker Samuel Atandi, advised Chiloba to start packing to "avoid their wrath".

Mr Atandi is reported to have mentioned that he will personally carry Chiloba out of the office since his integrity did not fit to hold any state office.

"He has only two days from now to pack his belongings from that office," Atandi stated.

Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi on his part noted that the country is on a revolution mode and that any misguided State officers and leaders will be handled accordingly.

He reiterated Atandi's remarks stating that Chiloba should not be in office on Monday since he is accused of "presiding over the wanton theft of elections".

Siaya Senator James Orengo also hit out at the embattled IEBC CEO explaining that everything that went wrong in last month's election was linked to Chiloba.

He also cautioned President Uhuru Kenyatta against making inflammatory comments.

"We want to warn the president that if he continues to talk in an interrogative manner to our leader Raila Odinga we will also deal with him in the same measure," Orengo said.

Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo stated that Jubilee Leaders should stop cheating themselves since NASA will not go to the elections with Chiloba as the CEO of IEBC.

Siaya Woman Representative Christine Ombaka mentioned that Chiloba had been used by Jubilee and ruined completely.

"Chiloba will never be employed anywhere after Jubilee dumps him after October 17," she stated.

Former Bondo MP Oburu Oginga on his part submitted that for the October election to be free and fair Chiloba must be shown the door.
