"Four civilians have been killed, seven arrested and ten officers injured in NASA anti-IEBC demos between October 2 and 16," he stated.

A report released by the Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch claimed the Police killed at least 33 people in Nairobi during a crackdown that followed the August election.

"Excessive force by police against protesters and residents in strongholds of opposition leader Raila Odinga caused the deaths in Nairobi," the report read.

Nonetheless, the Kenya Police denied the report released by Amnesty International.

Following the nullification of the August election by Kenya's Supreme Court, NASA supporters staged protests demanding reforms at the electoral commission.

The Raila Odinga led team has vowed not to participate in the repeat poll until necessary reforms are made.
