Raila is Working with Al Shabaab to Stop Election- Moses Kuria Declares

Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has revealed that National Super Alliance (NASA) Leader Raila Odinga is plotting with militia group Al Shabaab to disrupt the fresh presidential polls slated for next week.

Addressing a press conference at Mutomo Catholic church Gatundu on Sunday, the Jubilee legislator disclosed that the opposition leader was in the company of other NASA politicians when he met with the leaders of the terror group.

"Hon Odinga together with Hassan Joho and Farah Maalim met the senior leadership of the Al Shabaab and Mombasa Republican Council (MRC) on Saturday morning to discuss on how they are going to work together to disrupt the October 26 elections," he stated.

He added that the meeting allegedly occurred in Raila's Karen residence.

Moses Kuria further called on Acting Interior CS Fred Matiang'i to investigate the matter and detain Mr Odinga.

"I call on the DPP to charge Raila with treason because collaborating with terrorists to achieve power is a treasonable offense," he stated.

On the other hand, ODM National Chairman John Mbadi and Suba North MP Millie Odhiambo declared that they would sue Dr Matiang’i for his supposed links to the dreaded Chinkororo sect.

“We will instruct our lawyers to move to court and sue Matiang’i for the indiscriminate killings and his association with an illegal sect,” he said.

That was after the CS while Addressing a Jubilee rally in South Mugirango, Kisii county, on Tuesday, threatened to unleash the militia on NASA supporters.

“We are Chinkororo and nobody can threaten us. You all know we have Chinkororo here. I am the minister for security and I will tell the police to look the other way so that they can slap that person,” he proclaimed.
