Kalonzo Musyoka Finally Breaks His Silence

National Super Alliance (NASA) co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka on Wednesday finally broke his silence after his absence in the political scene for more than a month.

Through his Twitter account, the NASA leader expressed his condolence to the family, friends and relatives of the late Nyeri Governor Wahome Gakuru.

"At this most trying time for Dr Wahome's family, friends, relatives as well as the Nyeri residents and Kenyans in general," he stated.

He also condoled with all those individuals whose life he had touched adding: "May the Almighty God rest his in Eternal Peace."

The former governor was killed in a road accident on Tuesday along Thika road in Murang'a county.

This is the first message sent by the NASA leader on social media after reports that he had allegedly traveled to Germany early October.

Since then, he has neither made any public appearance nor comment on the current political situation in the country.

On various occasions, the NASA leaders have explained the absence of Mr Musyoka indicating that he was in Germany taking care of personal matters.

The NASA principal has also been inactive on his Twitter account and this becomes the first tweet since October 1st.

His absence in the social media platforms and the political scene prompted netizens to start a thread, #whereisKalonzo, on November 1st, to seek relevant answers.
