The newspaper also claimed that sources within Britain's Foreign Office are accusing Russia of being behind attempts to destroy the relations between London and Nairobi.
"Fears about the potential involvement of Russia in spreading anti-UK sentiment abroad comes as the British Electoral Commission has launched an investigation into whether Moscow interfered in the Brexit campaign," part of the report read.
The negative opinion on UK and US had risen after Western observers had made a statement with other ambassadors calling for the fresh presidential election to proceed.
