Popular NTV news anchor, Larry Madowo, has terminated his contract with the Daily Nation.
Larry, who used to write the #FrontRow column on the daily, announced via his official Twitter page that he ended the contract last week.
"On Thursday, I terminated my contract to write the #FrontRow column in the @dailynation.
"It was an honour & I'm grateful to the paper for the page since August 2014," he wrote.

In recent weeks, the celebrated news anchor has not been in the best of terms with the government especially after the media shutdown following coverage of NASA leader Raila Odinga's swearing-in.
Last week, the High Court extended orders barring his arrest alongside Nation Media Group Managing Editor Linus Kaikai and journalist Ken Mijungu.
Justice Luka Kimaru issued the directive on Thursday following pleas from a State lawyer who urged him to set aside the order barring the arrest and prosecution of the three.
Kimaru pointed out that the three still need protection of the court because they are living in fear of being arrested and, therefore, extended the Sh100,000 anticipatory bail he had earlier granted them on February 2.
Larry has not been shy to criticise the government and he wasted no time last week when he penned an article on the Washington Post.
The opinion piece; Kenya is sliding into a dictatorship, highlighted the recent occurrences in the country after Odinga's 'oath', terming them 'alien'.
Madowo condemned President Uhuru Kenyatta's 'overreaction' after the 'swearing-in' and the media shut down.
"The overreaction from President Uhuru Kenyatta’s embattled administration was swift and relentless, starting with a week-long illegal shutdown of four television stations, including the three largest independent TV stations, NTV, KTN News and Citizen TV, which collectively control 70 percent of total viewership.
He further called for the freedom of the press and less infringement on the rights of citizens before the country becomes a banana republic.
