A picture of President Uhuru Kenyatta with former South African President Jacob Zuma and former Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn that emerged online has Kenyans convinced that he will resign.
South Africa's Zuma resigned on Wednesday over corruption claims and was replaced as President by Cyril Ramaphosa. On Thursday, Ethiopia's Hailemariam stepped down as well to ease political tension in his country.
A picture of President Kenyatta with the two fallen leaders surfaced on Thursday and Kenyans were quick to note that Uhuru was most probably next in line.

"South African President Zuma resigned, Ethiopian Prime Minister resigned. Uhuru, you are next. I'll wait," one user wrote.
Another noted: "Ethiopia’s prime minister Hailemarian Desalegn has submitted his resignation. To me, this is not news. I'm waiting for Uhuru Kenyatta's fall or the day he tenders his resignation. That will be a defining moment for Kenya. He will follow Mugabe, Zuma, Dasalegn, Githu Muigai n Igathe."

We also thank former President Jacob Zuma for his service to country and continent," President Kenyatta tweeted.
