Kenyan artists have been working hard in 2018, releasing quality music videos that have kept fans glued to their screens.
These 5 artists, however, seem to be doing it better than everyone else judging from the view counts on their music videos posted to Youtube.
Here is a list compiled by Kenyans.co.ke of the top 5 most viewed artists of 2018 so far, can you spot your favorite act?
1. Sauti Sol
Sauti Sol has been having an amazing year with every song from their new collaboration EP Afrikan Sauce seemingly destined to be a hit.
The biggest so far has been Melanin featuring Nigerian star Patoranking, which is steadily inching closer to 10 million views.

One of Kenya's top rappers Khaligraph Jones is on a roll this year with several hits already under his belt.
From Kasayole with Timmy Tdat to Omollo, Mat Za Ronga Remix with Tunji and most recently Rewind with Sauti Sol, the self-proclaimed OG is owning 2018.

3. Nyashinski
After earning the title of comeback king in 2017, Nyashinski is putting any doubts to rest on whether he plans on sticking around this time.
His latest release Bebi Bebi is one of the biggest songs of the year so far, garnering close to 2 million views.

4. Octopizzo
The Namba Nane rap star has also been working hard in 2018, and already has a string of top-notch releases as he gears to drop a new album.
The latest is Level Up, which comes after bangers such as Red Namba Plate and Past with Canadian singer Nitasha Randhawa.

5. Willy Paul
The gospel star is one of Kenya's biggest names in music, and is guaranteed to always bring in the numbers.
His first release of 2018 Malingo did quite well while his latest single Pilipili featuring Tanzanian Harmonize looks set to rule the charts.
