Twitter is Down

Twitter stopped working all around the world for users.

Users hoping to share their latest thought with the world are being confronted by a "something is technically wrong" page.

"Thanks for noticing—we're going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon," the site reads, accompanied by a cartoon robot with a broken hand," the message from Twitter read.

The website went down at 4:55 pm on Tuesday with multiple users reporting that the website and mobile apps for the social media and news network aren't working.

Tweetdeck was reported to have been working for a number of people, but on both web browsers and through iOS apps, Twitter appears to be negatively impacted.

The outages happened all around the world did not appear to have had any negative impact on Twitter’s stock price.
