Bulgarian Club Fires Aboud Omar for Insulting Team mates, Coaches

Bulgarian football club Slavia Sofia has sacked Kenyan defender Aboud Omar for allegedly insulting his team mates, coaches and disrespecting Bulgaria itself.

In a statement, the club claimed that Omar had become 'cruel and arrogant' over the past several months, disclosing that all Slavia players supported his axing.

"I decided to remove Aboud Omar from the team and his contractual relations with the club will be suspended under the existing legal order," Slavia president Ventseslav Stefanov announced.

He further claimed that Omar taught himself vile Bulgarian phrases which he used to hurl insults at the Bulgarian state and everything associated with it.

"The impudent Kenyan began to curse everything, related to life in our country and did not try to conceal his dislike for the Bulgarian state at all," the statement read in part.
