Narc-Kenya leader Martha Karua's sister, who was also her "super agent" during the 2017 election, was on Tuesday cross-examined by Governor Anne Waiguru's legal team.
Loice Wanjiku, while testifying in the case in which Karua is opposing Waiguru's election, told the court that Karua's agents were barred from Kimunye polling station on election day.
Wanjiku maintained that the agent had an appointment letter by Narc Kenya party but that presiding officer Mary Nyambura refused to admit her.
Terming herself Karua's "super agent", Wanjiku stated that she had handed appointment letters to polling station agents on the morning of August 8, 2017.

The witness in her affidavit stated that the presiding officer declined to admit the agent because her letter lacked a stamp, however, that was not a requirement.
Lawyer Muchiri asked Wanjiku: ''Have you, in your affidavit, referred anywhere to issues touching on IEBC appointment letters?''
Wanjiku maintained she had not since the Presiding Officer demanded stamped Narc Kenya letters which prompted her to call Karua and the party boss went to the polling station to solve the problem.
Karua confronted the presiding officer and eventually the agent, Lucy Njeri, got into the station.
Muchiri termed Wanjiku a bitter witness whom the court could not rely on since she admitted having vested interests as her sister lost the Kirinyaga Governor race.

A witness Elias Mwangi, who claimed he saw Jubilee Party vice chairman Muriithi Kangara bribing voters at the Kangaru Primary School polling station, said he did not report this to police of the PO.
