He later decided to request the National government through the Ministry of Health to donate an ambulance to assist the people of entire Soy region and the vast valley.

In July 2017, he shared a post which he captioned; "Today my promise to the people was fulfilled. Muskut Health Center was given one of the Ambulances purchased with money recovered from the chicken-gate scandal. I was right there in Statehouse to receive the Ambulance from the President on behalf of the great people of EMC.

"I thank everyone who was involved in making this promise a reality," he wrote on Facebook.

The #CongratulationsMheshiwa hashtag trended on Wednesday morning where tweeps called out their leaders for failing to deliver 10 months after being elected in office.

Some governors were also not left out in the tweef as netizens listed areas where the leaders had neglected and focused on political issues.
