GSU Officers Put an Amazing Performance on Live TV

GSU officers on Sunday morning put up an amazing performance on live NTV's Crossover 101 part of which was in honour of Riverside attack victims.

Hosted by DJ Mo and Grace Ekirapa, the GSU choir well known for their peace advocacy song Mungu Baba (God our Father), the officers did not disappoint.

Joined by a celebrated musician, Rufftone (Smith Mwatia) the officers did a rendition of their collabo, Mungu Baba, under the theme of the Dusit D2 Hotel attack.

In their song, the GSU officers and Rufftone iterated that Kenya is and shall remain unbowed even in the face of  the terror attack.

The officers sang and danced to contemporary gospel music - a notable departure from the serious demeanor displayed during security operations including at 14 Riverside where GSU was involved in rescue.

The officers who were in high spirits also opened on their musical journey especially as members of the disciplined forces.

Their performance excited many viewers who commended them for their service to God and the country.

One tweep Denis Ngai stated‏ "GSU choir is lit, guys in uniform praising God is amazing. Truly am loving Kenya everyday. To God be the Glory".

Another netizen Abdallah Mdambo stated; "Kumbe GSU wanaeza Fanya mambo ya Gospel industry vyema sana (Alas. GSU are capable of dong equally well in spreading the gospel)".

Love Lindah Ondeche stated "GSU choir is lit. Appreciating our security system and God's grace".
