I tried to walk away from the room, he tried to stop me, he grabbed my arm and I told him to stop hurting me. There were 30 people in the room and they are all witnesses to this incident,” noted Rosa.

Rosa deemed the examinations as shallow and open-ended further adding that they were not fit for that level of education.

“When I looked at the questions, they were not quality, they were nonsensical, open-ended and they make up the literature review of the course,” she noted in a previous interview.

Rosa further accused Samwel of hiring former students who did not have the capability to teach and lecture.

Samwel denied the charges and was released on a Ksh 30,000 bail or Ksh 50,000 bond with a surety of the same amount, according to The Star.

The prosecution will call for 3 more witnesses to give their account on the incident.

The case will be heard on March 20, 2019.
