President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday made several surprise stops after delivering his State of The Nation Address in parliament.

The Head of State made impromptu visits to offices of speakers of both houses; Justin Muturi National (National Assembly) and Ken Lusaka (Senate).

The leaders appeared elated as they welcomed Uhuru and Deputy President William Ruto to their working spaces.

On his part, Duale expressed his gratitude according to his office by the Executive.

"Leader of Majority in the National Assembly is an important office created by Article 108 of the constitution that links the Executive and the Legislature in a Presidential System of Government. Thanks to Kenyatta for having confidence in our leadership at the legislature," he stated,
