Sabina Chege Finally Responds to Her Multiple Scandals [VIDEO]

Murang'a Woman Representative Sabina Chege has finally addressed the many controversies that have dogged her since she was sworn in as a legislator.

The former journalist was a guest on NTV's Wicked Edition where she sought to shed light on the issue.

One of the show's guests had asked her to comment on the scandals that she had been involved in since she was elected as a Member of Parliament (MP) in 2013.

Sabina explained that she was attracting a lot of attention because she's in the limelight and many people who were looking to bring her down.

She also distanced herself from Wazir Masubo Chacha who allegedly used her name to con MPs.

"Even the case of Wazir Chacha was very clear, a con man swindles people, goes to the DCI and records a statement then he starts conning with my name but when I complained the people who wanted to bring me down said we had an affair," she stated.

She also commented on a recent incident where she wept uncontrollably during a rally which was held at Kimorori grounds in Kenol, Murang’a.

"I am human and I'm not the first one to cry in public. When the Deputy President cried in public did anyone claim that he was childish? Why are women judged harshly? I'm not the first one.

"We should not be harsh to ourselves, it just shows that I am human. It also shows my motherly love. It became deep for me. It doesn't show that you are weak. It's actually a sign of inward strength," she explained.
